Moby Carte is what I use, it's a card with a code that gives you money to had on your phone account in order to use it, it's usefull for people who don't use often their phones. But it's pretty expensive for the number of minutes... Even worst when you phone somewhere else that France... We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
